Learn the ins and outs of what standards-based grading looks like in action in a K-8 school that has been implementing it since its founding. Standards-based grading can support the learning process by providing direction for teaching and learning, including opportunities for targeted feedback. It works to create a higher level of consistency and continuity in assessing among teachers and across grade levels. Get answers to the questions How does standards-based grading drive instruction at the school level and at the classroom level? How is student progress communicated with students and parents? How does standards-based grading provide a framework for authentic assessment? What does assessment look like in the different content areas?
